By the way, have you thought about submitting 2 photos for the BYC calendar. The photos of Tiger and Miracle as a chick are priceless.

Thank you for your sympathy @scratch'n'peck and @sunny & the 5 egg layers .Maple will be missed greatly she is in a better place now. The nicest thing is, that the last egg Maple laid was laid on by another hen, and it hatched. So I have a little golden chick to remind me of Maple. Yes, she was the sweet girl who wasn't named at first. It took a while to name her, because she deserved the perfect name.
