I really want to get up a few nice small chick coops since I am hatching well into fall.
 
The new prototype controller is supposed to be accurate to 6/1,000 of 1 degree Centigrade, and 6/1000 of 1% Rh, altho the digital readout will only read in 1/10degree or 1/10% rh increments. I think that should be close enough for the type of work we will be doing.

Hey, (For all of toughs interested) to slow down the pms.our base model built with pine lumber, stained to you mid-wax color and sealed, with an electronic thermostat, and a 1/4" Plexiglass front door,( 1/4" glass if you pick it up) cost 475.00. You pay the shipping, (hence the kit that if purchased cost the same to me just cheaper in shipping). We are offering them at basically 200 dollars over the cost of materials. It takes me 20 hours to complete. Any mods to this design will cost a reasonable cost. We are just selling these here to get the name out (we haven't listed in the purchase section yet, nor any other site) This is a prototype that is changing day-by-day. We are adjusting to the most common requests. We offer different types of woods for construction just tell me which type. We don't have a web site yet but it is in progress. Right now we use paypal for payment. Once you pay we build to your specs then ship it. We are keeping the build time down to a week if we need more then we will hire more people to help keep the time frame. Egg trays are not included as of now because i order them through dickeyincubator.com i have to pay shipping to my shop then i have to ship them to you so it's cheaper for you to order them from him directly. As for hatch rate. I have only run one clutch through them so far i put 20 in and hatched 20. I warranty the cabinet for one year from the purchase date. If you damage the unit, leave it outside, use it as a engine stand i won't fix it for free. As for the replacement parts we are working on a web site that will supply anything that you need to fix or upgrade them. The size and shape are set in stone as of now so every upgrade we do, we will offer the change in a kit you can order and apply to your build.
