I agree that she does not have an overeating problem. She has a crop problem. Withhold feed for at least 12 hours. That should be plenty of time for a normal crop to empty. If it's still full and hard, she's impacted. If it's full and squishy, she has sour crop. There are many threads about how to deal with each issue.

Did you isolate and monitor? Did you check her crop after 12 hour food withdrawal? Did you palpate the swelling?
