My favourite chicken has a black-eye...what can i do?

Friends,
I went to spoil my chickens with some leftovers from tea, and noticed my favourite chicken was stratching its eyes so i checked it, and under the eye is really red, and then when she shuts her eye-lid there is a blue bruise, with a redish ring around it....
Has another chicken pecked it???
And what can i do to help her???
Do you guys want me to take a pic tomorrow??
Am i worrying over nothing...

Get a magnifying glass and have a close look at her eyes and surrounding skin. You may find mites. Small and hard to see but truly agonizing to the chicken. The bruise may be just from the chicken scratching.
