It's too late to make major modifications, but minor tweaks are welcome and probably needed. I'd love some more experienced eyes on my design! Thanks in advance.

Pretty backyard coop! Love the wood shingles! I wish I had used 2 x 6 for the base plate on my run, so I could have more litter material without it spilling over or pushing on the HC. Especially since I had to HC the bottom of the run and I'm using sand.

wow- that is a beautiful run! only suggestion- if you havent already- burrying the netting material (cloth wire it looks like) under the ground to prevent a preditor from digging under.
Even if your in a city there's possum, raccoons, cats, etc.

Very attractive, nice gable overhangs...

...but some key functions missing.
*Being able to access birds in coop if needed,
I don't see an access door for human to get inside coop.

-Wonders how long those slide out poop trays are going to work out.
-Ventilation is sorely lacking.
-That ramp is very steep, and in the way of feed and water tending.
-Bigger run with snow/wind protection.
-Will need to keep the run door accessible by shoveling snow.

Sorry to be so critical, I was trained to look for problems.
