I'm looking for linoluem to put on the floor of mine...i was hoping to use a sheet, but now you have me wondering about the sticky squares hmmmm...the sheets are real expensive, and no one seems to have any scraps to give away...good idea!

the pre-stick squares won't stay stuck...I bought a 6x9 roll of linoleum @ Menards for around $15.00 & nailed it to the floor board.

Its coming out great.... I hope you have scraps left over to start that next coop when you decide to get a 'couple' more!!! LOL

Silkies are evil and will steal your soul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't stay stuck. Good adhesive helps but chickens produce a lot of moisture. I have a really good staple gun, THAT fixed it. LOL

When in doubt - beat it into submission.

I guess I'll just nail the squares down, then I won't have to worry about them coming up at all. The white paint is oil primer. I'll go over the primer with a couple coats of oil based paint to seal the wood really well. The bottom will be meshed in with hardware cloth, then I'll attach a run. I was thinking, I'll put the food and water under the hen house. Does this sound like a good idea?
