Now that I see your creation framed, I am even more impressed. Another thing which helps me a little now and a lot later is my modular, removable and hinged roof nest box. You will probably need to go to my web site linked below to see how and why they are made this way.

You could add these later, even after the chicks move in. All you have to do is decide where you want to cut the hole, slide them in and secure them to the inside. Then you can clean the nest boxes, fill in more bedding and raid the eggs from outside the coop. You might have to give up a window for all the nest boxes you need.

I already planned a pull out nest box. Its going to be cantilevered off the back wall too so it doesn't take up floor space. Thanks for the advice though.

You could always do John Deere. You could get matching signs and everything. Mine is Navy and white. It looks good, hopefully when it's under the plum tree it will look even better, maybe won't stick out as much as it is against brown grass. I don't regret the color, it's very pretty. What color is your house, you might want it to blend in if you're in a nice neighborhood.

I framed the front porch roof and the dormer and sheeted the whole front side. Here a few pics.
