On what to feed Cornish X. I brought Purina Start & Grow Medicated and Duramycin-10 Tetracycline Hydrochloride Soluble Powder (antibiotic) for drinking water. How long should I feed them with the stuff I got? Any information would be great.

If the chicks are otherwise healthy and you do a good job with sanitation, you should not need antibiotics in their food or water. This encourages antibiotic resistance. I offer my Cornish crosses free choice crumbles for the first week or two to make sure they are eating, but then have them start to scale back so they don't grow quite so ridiculously fast (I will probably process by about 7-8 weeks). So by the time they are ready to go out at about 3 weeks, they get feed right before bedtime. Otherwise they are given free access to the grass in the backyard. So it will depend on your set up.
