I was going to correct the statement of Peking ducks (chinese food) to pekin ducks (the breed) but I see I would be sooo spoiling your fun.

A lot of ducks start out with multi colored bills and feet. This is Splash. She's a Magpie cross. She's a week old here.

and here she is now...5 months later.She's a TOTAL LOVE by the way . she thinks snuggling for a scratch and hug is what ducks were created for.

also, i wouldn't bathe the little critter.i'd just let nature do it's thing.

I think the newly hatched black chicks look a lot like something i've pulled out of the bathtub drain.....
 
Has it dried off yet?

Mine only took about 4 or 5 hours ripping around under a heat lamp and they were completely fluffy, and about 900 mph! Too funny!
