We recently aquired two hens (already laying) and here are our first-ever-but-don't-quite-count eggs!
But the new hens seemed to have goaded my freeloaders into action! Sunday we had 3 eggs in a four-hour period! The mystery layer is still on the loose, but I noticed my little OEGB was looking rough around the edges. She looked like she was smuggling a grapefruit under her skirt.
Sure enough, here is my first "OFFICIAL" egg. I found it Monday after work:

I figured the big kids would go first (they are 4 weeks older) but goodness, she looked...violated.
