My first egg question

I just got my first egg today and when I cracked it open it had these little spots in it and I was wanting to know what it could be and is it still okay to eat will post pic in a sec

Is that normal for the first egg or is something wrong with the hen that laid it

Blood/Meat spots....totally normal. Congrats on the first egg!

Yep, meat spots. Totally normal and safe. I just scoop 'em out with a spoon.
