My girls layed there first eggs to day I got 2 now the other 18 can watch and learn I hope

So they are not using their nesting box? Have you put golf balls in them to encourage them to use them? I have heard that they sell fake eggs as well. Boy, now your chickens are showing off. hehehe

I see you have been kurking for a few months. Congratulations on your first egg.
I put golf balls in my nest boxex and have never had them lay out of the nest boxes.
