Best feeling ever is when your chicken you raised lays her first egg! I am so happy for you. Those are some nice lookin' eggs! I have 5 hens, 4 nests! My gals take turns laying. They start at 7am and by 11am everyone has calmed down. Boy do they get their feathers ruffled when someone disputes whose turn it is! Oh my the drama! The egg songs are the best! I love my a hens stands at the coop door lettin' everyone know! I feel so proud when this happens
