My first ever eggie!

My little black mixed girl laid a pretty little olive egg! First time looking after chickens so I am ultra excited! Seeing it was so cute! Raised her from a hatchling so it's been really exciting to see her development Ignore the eggs on the left in the second picture, they are fake to encourage the girls where to lay, seems to have worked!

Thank you! I was so excited to see it. Didn't expect to see any until the spring as its been so dark, but she decided to go for it
