My first ever hatch is going wrong... Please help

Update (with pictures):

Only the one game chick ended up hatching; all the others died in their shells. The good news is the one chick, Pancake, is doing very well! I decided not to get another chick because I was worried about biosecurity and I didn't want to risk Pancake's health by bringing in a new pathogen by accident. He has grown a lot and is very confident. He has been taken outside to have a run with the adult chickens in the flock and, despite being 1/5th of the size of the adults, has even challenged a few of the silkies and made them back off! That was something to see. Here are some photos of him:

First day in the brooder:

This is how he got his name. He couldn't get up off his back very well for the first few days which was a bit of a worry. However he soon grew out of it.

Second week, little flight feathers emerging. He would only eat wet chick starter slurry for the first 2 weeks.

Very confidently strutting his stuff on my desk!

End of the second week, look at those wings!

Third week, he loves this rug, keeps trying to dig around in it.

Fourth week: He's quite placid as you can see.

Yesterday, outside enjoying the sun. Almost all the chick fluff gone now.
