Got eight unsexed geese last year in hopes I might be able to breed them! I have four embden geese and four Toulouse geese. I’m pretty sure one of each breed is a male and I have broken some eggs open to find that they were in fact fertilized! The most eggs I’ve found in a day so far has been five so that is reassuring of genders
anyways this is probably what we are all here for:
24 goose eggs set to incubate today(3-4-21)! Hopefully they are all fertile and healthy!
I’ve marked them with an “X” on one side and the the date “3-4-21” on the opposite side to help me keep track of when the eggs went in and where they are when I turn them.
I have room in my incubator for maybe seven more goose eggs. So I might add more when I have seven to add? I will mark them differently to keep track of who’s who.
