My first Hatch. Itzy and Ditzy's BBS Cochin eggs

These are 2 of the shipped eggs. The other 2 are darker so I couldn't see anything yet. One of these I believe has a detached air cell. the first pic the egg is a bit darker than the other 2 but I believe there is something there.

checked the eggs under Ditzy. One of the shipped definitely has a chick growing....... One of the shipped I think I saw something (but it isn't super dark when I candle and it is a medium brown egg). the 2 darker brown shipped eggs I couldn't tell at all. Then she has 2 of hers. one looks like nothing at all is going on. The other one there may have been but definitely not day 4 looking if there is something.

wondering if those ones aren't fertilized and the one she laid the day she went broody was the only one? But I cracked open one before these 2 and it did look fertilized so not sure. Was really hoping to have a couple of hers hatch out of the 3 but guess I may have to be happy with 1 hatching.

So far the ones that I can see in for sure of the shipped look to be doing well. Hoping I can see more in the incubator ones tonight once it is dark enough.


Should I do an adopt an egg hatch a long?

day 6 today. eggs S5, S9 and D3 all seem to be doing well. Can see them moving around. S3 and S4 are the darker ones and I don't see anything. thinking they aren't doing anything though.

I haven't checked the ones under Ditzy again so not sure what they are doing. May check on day 10.
