Lol she was off yesterday and today but both days she got back on shortly before I got home. If she keeps with this time the soonest I will be able to check is Sat since even on my day off she gets off when I pick my daughter up from school and bring her to work. Lol

Oh my goodness she just isn't cooperating with my plans. Hahahahaha... maybe she's trying to keep it her secret!
 
Momma's know and I bet she is sitting on good eggs. Specially if she has not pushed any out of the nest as they tend to know what is going on. I just saw your post and had to comment. Hope you don't mind me jumping in. Did you mark the eggs so if she lays more or steals some that the ones not marked could be removed?

yes they are all marked and where she is broody she isn't laying. I also have a camera in my coop so I can see if anyone goes into her nest box then I know I need to check. So far 2 have laid in there over the past 2 1/2 weeks. think both were when she had the fake eggs under her, but one may have been after I gave her the real ones I don't remember now. But I can also do a quick count when she gets up since I can look back on the camera and see the eggs. I did a quick peek at day 4 and 2/6 had stuff going on. 1 I don't think had anything then, 1 was iffy, and 2 I couldn't tell.......... So I mainly want to see on her own eggs that are under her since that was 1 that I didn't think and 1 that was iffy. The darker eggs are too hard to see in so I can wait on those.

Ok. I couldn't handle it. Ditzy's 2 eggs under her look clear, the light one under her was dancing all over. Think I saw something in the medium colored one but not sure. Checked one of the darker ones and it had like half really dark and half clear so confused on that? Didn't check other dark one.

You might have a chick forming in the one you see that is half dark and half light in the shell. Just relax a little, yes I know its hard to do. What do you mean when you say the one was dancing all over. Do you see movement inside the egg. If so that may also be a chick that is formed. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.
