Hey BYC community!
I ended up with a balut duck egg. For those that don't know, balut eggs are basically duck/chicken embryos that are boiled to be eaten while in their shell. So to me I believe it's a miracle that I was able to hatch my pekin duck. Through the process of "googling" what hatching requirements were needed I ended up on BYC multiple times. I am a complete worry wart, so I was looking in case it didnt externally pip or if the air sac was growing too large. So thanks to BYC I became well inform on I thought I join the community to share my story and possibly find someone local to take care of Ducky. I thought someone from BYC would definitely take great care of Ducky. I'll be moving out of state for school and unfortunately won't be able to take Ducky with me

Originally a family member was suppose to take her/him in, but that fell through.
Anyways! Until I figure out a home for Ducky I'll be here on BYC searching up what else will be needed for this little guy.
This is her/his box when she's/he's on furniture.
