My First Incubator

Okay so we just invested in an incubator about two days ago. Mainly we wanted to get it to hatch our pheasant eggs, but we're also going to try to hatch chicken eggs in it. But I was wondering if anyone else has ever used the specific model we got and could maybe tell me if there are any quirks to it that would be helpful to know.

It's a Little Giant Model 9200 Still Air Incubator with Model 6300 Automatic Egg Turner. We bought it from TSC.

My fiance is going to start it up tonight while I'm at work. So here goes!

I have the same model of bator and turner as you do. I did get good hatch rates from my 2 batches previous to the one im doing now, but I did them during late summer/fall when the temp in my house was much more constant. If you can find a room in your house with a constant temperature, I would think it would be ok. I havnet had a whole lot of problems with mine I guess though.
