I just looked in the bator and I saw a little hole in one of the white eggs. I am guessing this is what you all refer to as a pip!

I called Judy to come in and see, just as she looked in, we could see a little movement by the hole.

Sounds like a pip! I have had them on occasion pip on Day 19, though this time, they all waited till Day 21 was about to start.
