I forgot to ask you, why did you switch to the Trimidine powder if they had no symptoms after the Cephalexin? I don't know what that stuff is for, haven't heard that name so far anywhere that I can remember.

I couldn't get into see the vet for 4 days, so I researched the cephalexin , As I had some left over from a chest infection. I gave them 1 cc twice a day . They were really struggling to breath, but after 24 hours they had come good. Once I got to the vet he prescribed the Trimidine , to be taken for 10 days in their water. I'm not sure what its like in the States, but here in Aus it is illegal to sell antibiotics over the counter. The active constituents in Trimidine are sulfadimidine 430mg
Trimethoprim 86mg.
