I had the same thing happen to me the eyes and runny wet nose give them antibotics aueoromycen at 800mg for ten days and discard all egg
my problem was caused by mites tey are responseable for many illnessess like coccidiosis conjunctivitas eye swollen and bubbly my hens actually had wart
like scabbs over there eyes
