my former egg-laying hen is a trans-rooster?!

No they would not be fertile.....I misread the question and thus my 'no' answer was incorrect. I have now corrected my answer.

Well I had a Call Hen that got ovary damage and then her bill colour changed and she grew a Drake feather. Never laid eggs anymore although loved to set eggs .
My Flock including the Drake had no issues with her/him. I sent her to a pet home to live out the rest of her life.

i need to ask this .if it does go to being a rooster the eggs would be infertile?

The "she" turns into a "he", there are NO eggs!
