When I put the chickens into their pens for the evening, I noticed that my two pullets and two cockerels had large crops. I've heard of an impacted crop before, so I'm concerned for my babies. Should I be worried about this? Any advice helps.

Crops should be full at night when they go to roost.
Normal fill up for processing foods overnight.

Re-check the crops first thing in the morning before they have anything to eat/drink to see if they have emptied.

Chickens crops are always large and full at night. If they are still large and full in the morning then there is a problem.
Their crops are at a normal size, now. 😌
