Yeah, sometimes it can be hard. I once had one hen who we thought was a rooster because she was larger than another hen of her breed, grew much faster, seemed protective, and had a much larger comb. And then I saw "him" lay an egg.

Lol isn't that interesting? It's not 100% until they reach adulthood. It's really hard to sex these animals
 
Welcome to BYC. Nice chicken, but it is not a leghorn (it is not single combed, and I don't think that rose combed white leghorns exist.) We'd need another picture, but it may also be a cockerel.
