It looks like it will be a darn nice coop!
We lucked out and spent about $150 on our coop. They are in a room in the barn about 20 x 30 feet, we just need some concrete to patch the holes(about $20) 2 new windows (farmer down the road was selling theirs..$10 for both), and a new door with lock to put on. We just open the door in the morning and prop it open with a cinderblock, and the birds can free range until everyone else is put in for bed (or they put themselves in bed).
It may not be the nicest looking coop on the inside, but the birds have plenty of room and are happy.
