My friend has passed

Thank you so much. We all just had dinner together, her husband is doing well. She was suffering so much at the end he is just happy she is beyond that. Now we turn his home back into a home instead of a hospital room.

Now comes the really fun part I guess. We were talking last night and found out she had one payment left on her cremation services so we are going to have an enchilada dinner Saturday night at the Moose here in Chaparral in case anyone would like to attend that lives locally. We don't want him to be stressed out about it.
I want to say though that she really was proactive and got so much taken care of so he wouldn't have to deal with it, I really admire people who can do that. It must be so hard to plan your own services and such, knowing that you are dying while you are doing it.

So sorry to hear you lost another friend.I know it is hard even knowing she was suffering.I'm glad she's not suffering anymore. And it is nice to know how much she did to help her husband and herself with the arrangements. We buried my MIL in December after 5 years of dealing with her suffering since a major heart attack that left her with 40 percent working heart. My SIL never tried to find out what MIL wanted at the end.MIL suffered so much and it was very painful to deal with.I told SIL I was sorry she lost her mother but at least she wasn't suffering. She told me she didn't care she just wanted her mother alive.I'm still wondering about that.I'm so glad your friend has loved ones that can help each other with her passing and that she knew it too.

Thank you, it's been rough and now my best friend who is 67 years old and known me for 35 years when I was a kid, is in the hospital because the pharmacy gave her the wrong dosage on a prescription on top of the Dr. prescribing the wrong med anyway. So keep her in your prayers please?
