Thank you, we had her memorial today, it was very nice. Everyone told stories and cried except me, I told funny stories about her, about our rodeo days, our days together working for the Fire Dept. training for the prison, and just remembered her for the way she was.

Kate, it is wonderful that you were able to do the funny stories. I would think, that you doing that would help the family get a little of that mindset. I lost my best friend years ago and I personally know the pain and empty feelings. Strange, but I sometimes reach for the phone to call her.
