My frozen chicken help..

I would try to clean her eye with the saline eye wash twice a day at least. Remove any pus, and apply the eye ointment. Can you contact your regular vet and ask about getting an antibiotic locally? Oxytetracycline is used as well as Tylan for MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum.) Do you still notice a bad odor from her face? Are both eyes still involved? If so, a sulfa antibiotic (bactrim or sulfadimethoxine) might be better. Since sick or chickens with poor eyesight due to sickness do not drink well, I would try to get her drinking as much as possible. Mixing some water into her food can help too.

Heat lamps are a great danger and cause coop fires every year. You may want to switch to another source of heat or double secure your lamp so that it cannot possibly fall or be knocked down. Flat panel heaters are available online.

I added some info about heat lamps in my last post. I will look forward to pictures. The odor also could be worse since it needs cleaning more often, but there may be pus collecting under the eye that needs squeezing out.

I cleaned her eye this morning and she smells and her comb is pretty dull... her eye had some green puss in the corner (there wasn’t a lot) she wouldn’t let me take a picture so here is the best picture I could get... all of my chickens combs are dull. They look like my blue laced in the picture.. could it be from the temperature?

It looks like frostbite on the comb for sure in the last picture. I don’t usually treat it, but some use antibiotic ointment on the comb. The comb tips may eventually round off in a month or so.
