Do you have water for them to mate in? Have you actually seen them mate? If not, get a kiddy pool asap! They mate in water. I swear everytime I fill up the kiddy pool, I see farm porn... lol!

But if they "just" started laying then give it a couple weeks.... or it could be that your gander is not yet sexually mature. You might have to wait for goslings another year.
 
Maybe they don't like keeping it in the famil since they're related. I have a batch of non-related goslings on their way to adulthood. Maybe he will be happy with one of them next year.
