Chirping
My girls sure do make me happy. I spend any extra time with them that I can. If my family is looking for me, they know where to find me. We have 2 barred rocks, 3 easter eggers and 3 buff orpingtons. I pretty confident the orps and barred are all hens. The EEs I'm a little worried about. From what I've read, it is really hard to sex them until they are pretty much at age for laying or crowing. We aren't allowed to have boys here and I really really don't want to have to re-home them. I didn't think about it or know before I got them otherwise I would have adopted battery hens and let them be hens. But, I've already got my flock and will figure it out when the time comes. Just praying to the hatchery sexing gods they got it right. Here are some pics of my girls just hanging out. If anyone wants to play the sexing game on the pictures, have at it. Okay, back to my flock I go!
