Wonder if anyone else has dealt with this. I've lost three girls since the end of October to this disease. One of my girls Gigi has constant diarrhea which is a symptom. She is clear of worms and has very little coccidia in her stools. None of the other girls are getting diarrhea. One of the girls I lost had the same kind of poops. I sure hope she doesn't die of dehydration. She drinks a lot of water. Any suggestions for how to help this girl with her diarrhea?

Electrolyte water and probiotics will help your chickens absorb water and digest their food better respectively. i believe you should be able to get probiotics at your local farm store; electroyte water is 1 tbsp sweetner (corn syrup, honey, sugar) 1 tsp baking soda, 1 pinch salt, 2 quarts water.

The vitamins B almost always help. You can buy liquid B-complex at your local feed store or just buy b-complex tablets at Walmart and crush them in the water. Many poultry vitamin supplements don't contain the Bs.

Are you sure it's Marek's? Has it been diagnosed by a vet? Because if not, I would send in a bird for necroscopy and maybe post pictures/symptoms/poop pictures on BYC for some of the more experienced members to try and diagnose. (That's anyone with an educator badge and a few people without, if you haven't noticed that yet. I see you've only been here a month.)

Good luck.

What symptoms have you seen in your flock and dying chickens that seems like Mareks? Did you see lameness, tumors, or wasting? Have you had a diagnosis with a necropsy? Diarrhea can be a symptom of a lot of illnesses. What do you feed? Do you have any pictures of droppings. I read your other previous thread where you said the fecal test was negative for parasites.
