My girls won't climb their ramp !

My girls aren't quite egg-laying age yet, but I'm a bit worried because they have never to my knowledge walked up the ramp to their nesting boxes which are "upstairs" in their coop. Will they figure it out when they need to lay, or what ?

They may just fly upstairs to the nests. Can you post a pix so we can see it? It might be that the ramp is too steep.
They may lay the eggs wherever they want. You might need to encourge them to use the nests and ramp.
