I do have probiotics and they love yogurt but I wasn't sure if it would interfere with the antibiotics while she's on it.

She needs it! It will help her

Add probiotics to her water. Chickens typically have ave two watery poops and several regular poops. It’s how their gut works. But antibiotics also kill good bacteria. You can get the probiotics at any feet store Cal Ranch tractor supply.

I do this too, but AFTER the antibiotics, Corid, or whatever medicine is done.

I ferment grains which is loaded with probiotics, but I also have Hydro-Hen powder for mixing in their water when I skip making the ferment. There are tons of powders out there for their water. Greek yogurt is also very high.
