my Goat..

I. Have a wether goat he's about 8 years old, I notice last week he's been lying around slow to get up...but he's eating, peeing, and drinking water....
I'm wondering if he's in pain...he's always looked like he's bloated...I tried everything to help him in that compartment ...but I noticed that he rubs his back feet with his other back foot, one to the other in rythem...is this a sign of pain?

I like my goats, they like me...but it kills me to see ANY animal in distress...is there any pain relief I can Offer ?..before getting a live stock vet in?
