This is a first here - fourteen very young hens laid fourteen eggs today! I'm bowled over!
It was about 20 degrees here, but I let them outside for an hour and they all flopped down to take a dust bath before wanting to return to the coop where it was around forty degrees. What a sight, all that flapping, flipping, dirt flying.
