Hi all! I have a Sebastopol goose on eggs right now. She has been on them for a long time now and is sitting on 4 or 5. Last night I candled them and I could see the inside was totally dark but the air sack was visible. They also seemed extremely light weight. I think that means there is a chick in the egg, but I'm not too sure. I have hatched eggs in a incubator once before and when they were dark with the air sack visible it meant they were close to hatching. Does that mean they are close to hatching?? Thanks!
