Pictures can be helpful. Poultry can get wry neck (torticolis) from head or neck injuries. I would make sure that he can get enough water and food, or you will need to feed him watery feed often. Also human vitamin E 400 IU can be given orally once a day, and that can help with neurological problems. A vet might prescribe an anti-inflammatory medicine such as meloxicam or even prednisolone.
