My gosling hatched with splayed legs and possible exposed brain

A few days ago i hatched 6 gosling in incubator and one of them has a spot on its head with no feathers and exposed skull or to of brain. Workimg to get splayed legs fixed but im worried bout this little guys head

I have it stable in the incubator to keep it warm and ive got it eating and drinking by hand
