My grand-chicks, definitely barnyard mutts...but gender?

Ideas on these three? Black and gray ones have unknown mothers. The brown one, she is from one of my two Americauna hens.

I forgot to post, they are 3 weeks old. I don’t understand why I keep getting so many Roos! Last batch was incubated by a friend and I ended up with 7roos and 4pullets.
These three are my first hatch ever, out of 12 eggs.

So updated this to add new pics. Now they are 5weeks old. And I’m pretty sure they are all boys. The blue/silver one is hiding and not a good shot of his comb. I was trying to get a pic before work, in dress clothes...
