My guinea got attacked by a dog and I need help! EMERGENCY!!!!

About a week ago my guinea got attacked and the infection has spread and gotten so deep even tho I have been cleaning it 1-2 times a day with hydrogen peroxide and vetracine! It actually absessed and bursted out leaving a bigger hole than what was originally there! I need to know how much penicillin I can give him! He is 6lbs 6oz and it’s an emergency! Please help!

I am not trying to make him suffer! That’s why I’m asking for help smh I’ve done all I can and this is supposed to be a helpful environment! No hate please!

There is something called 'putting out of it's misery' it involves putting the bird down to prevent it from suffering unessesarily.
It's commonly used throughout poultry owners.
Personally I try and think "if that was me, would I be in severe pain"
I wasn't trying to hate.

Unfortunately I don't know how much penicillin to give. I did have an injury like that last spring and had to put the hen down because it was obvious she was miserable and likely not going to get better. It sucked, but that's life on a farm. Deep puncture wounds like that usually have other damage you can't see.

when it is in the body cavity and the intestines are out there is absolutely no chance of survival or healing. the organs will dry out. Maaaaayyyyybbbbeeeee if you really dont want to put it down suturing the opening shut might work but that would be something for a vet to do. other than that (and that would still have a low survival rate) i would just put it down, i know it is painful but otherwise it will slowly die, if not from infection from the organs drying/ dyeing. i would take a broomstick and do cervical dislocation. best and easiest way to quickly put it down. and dont eat the meat. the infection will have spread to thoroughly.
