Too funny. I'm going to try that with my keets. Looks like fun!

Guineas unless tamed/handled a lot every day from hatch on usually steer clear of being touched or held... they are wild by nature and that flight or flight instinct usually never leaves them. Meal worms and other irresistible treats do work wonders for "making friends" with keets/Guineas, and they will become complete beggers/pests until they get their expected yummies, but I wouldn't ever count on them to actually becoming accepting of being held... or liking it. Some do go against this rule, but in general Guineas just don't like being touched/held, especially if it is not their idea.
My experience with a bazillion Guineas about biting or nipping has been that they will not typically approach you (or charge at you) and bite you (they may bluff, but prefer to keep their distance). However, if they are being caught/picked up and held for something like toenail clipping or getting a wound medicated etc then yes they can/will bite out of self defense. Some of my Guineas do get a little over zealous when eating treats from my hands and can be a little rough about it, but in general they do not bite or become nippy unless they are confined and on the defensive. And sometimes if I am wearing flip flops or sandals and have bright toenail polish on or sparkly/shiny toe rings that catch their attention then they will peck at those out of curiosity, but not to be mean.
A Hen (and her mate) protecting a nest/clutch of eggs or brood of keets can be an entirely different story about biting/attacking/being mean tho...
