She is missing most of her feathers on her back side.And also has a gash on her back.I put some suave on it. Do i need to do anything ellse to her. she is not bleeding now.

Did you clean it first? You can clean it up with sterile saline solution (boil 8 oz of water with 1/2 teaspoon non-iodized salt and let cool) and dress it with Neosporin (with no pain relief, anything ending in -caine is poison to chickens).

You can give her aspirin for pain: 1 baby aspirin in a cup of water or up to 5 325 mg aspirins in a gallon.
