don't have time to go frog have to go to grand sons birthday party . just left Ravyn at the sale barn she is so cool I just love her to death . anyway Bubbles I agree over thinking is better than under thinking . so keep going like you are you should be setting soon if not already set them and walk away for awhile don't do anything . let the eggs come to temperature . DON'T touch the nob couple of hours should do then look . off to a party see ya

A probe for cooking meat.
I took it out since I couldn't find a good bag and it was leaking and raising humidity.
