  1. [​IMG] what kind of bag ? don't understand bag did the meat thermometer say chickens done well done and crispy [​IMG]the thermometer I have is for cooking. .your still good though

    Sandwich baggie, I'm doing internal temp as per instructions in Hatching 101.
    It was set for pork, too ironic to have it set to chicken. :lau

    My eggs have been set for 11 hours and temperature is spot on.

    I should be expecting pips any minute now, right?
