My Hatching Journey: the Adventures of a Complete Newbie

Got the 2 week olds moved outside today.... They are getting so big.
Now their brooder is inhabited by the bantams. Tare growing fast too.....They are turning out to have the cutest feather colors though. :love

Nice! I moved mine out last weekend. They still haven't figured out to go inside at night, I've been moving them myself, but they will get there. I use one of those pre-fab coops as a baby coop.

Lots of chicks mean lots of feed sure you want to spend that much .How them little chicks doing anyhow . All mine are gone I don't have any not a chick in the brooder .

They're doing well. I haven't lost any, and they are all healthy. I'm setting again April 14.
Well, I'd much prefer it to be slow over fast, which would mean I was having trouble with my bator.....
