You too!
You'll just be a few days behind me. I started the Seramas on Saturday evening. When are you turning your new batch on?
The 12th, maybe?
Still gotta read more, lol. Do you still turn them after day 2 even if AC are not attached or do you keep them upright? Am I gonna have to use an egg carton and turn by hand if some are attached and some aren't?

I am happier and happier that I didn't start with shipped eggs!![]()
This is my first shipped set, so I'm winging it. Don't ask me..
But here's what I did... I left mine for 24 hours to rest, upright in cartons, in a cool room. Then put them in with the others that were already in the Brinsea. So they are turning, and upright, and all, 24 hours after receiving. If I have a bad hatch, I'll learn from my mistakes and try again. Try not to fret too much over it.
Absolutely!
And let me know what candle results are!![]()

Good news!Just did it. Cochins look great for day 14!! The Seramas are only day 3, but I shined on a couple (ok, several) without picking them up, and I can see red in a few already!![]()
I did pick up 2 with a couple badly saddled air cells. One was much more stable, barely floated side to side. The second moved more, but not as much as I had originally drawn. So this early on, I'm hopeful!
