Have not forgotten you she will be home soon and then we can all celebrate and then say we told you so!!!!!.thinking of you everyday ,checking this post and counting down the days.
 
No sign of Scooter yet folks, she has been gone 30 days today. I'm not giving up hope however my Husband has given up.
Yesterday afternoon he was bush hogging around the pond and he came across a pile of white feathers...he called me over. The feathers look like they've been there for at least a week. They were NOT there the first 2 weeks that Scooter was gone because I was standing on that very spot calling her day and evening. My heart just sank when he called me over, There were no grey (she's a blue pied) feathers at all, just 6 or 7 large white feathers and about 6 tufts of white down. I just don't know what to think. I feel lost without her :-(

I bet within 2 weeks she will be back. because wont it take her 1-2 weeks to get all her eggs layed, 35 to incubate, and then make her lay back
