My hen and lame feet

Well, it depends on what is causing the red spots on the feet. Are there any scabs on the bottom of the feet?

You may want to see if soaking daily along with the application of Vetericyn clears it up since you already treated her with antibiotics.
I don't see any scabs on the bottom of her feet at all. That one little black spot seems just a spot of color. It isn't a crust/scab.

this is all over her and her skin is red.

I have no idea what is going on with her flaky skin, but the red spots look like bug bites. There look to be lice eggs in your latest photo at the base of some feathers. Can you see any moving lice? With her dermatitis, I think I would try a full body soak in Epsom salts, and then dry her well with a towel and then a blow dryer. I would really think that you need to see a vet, and possibly get some steroids or figure out the cause of her skin irritation. I don’t know of chickens having allergies to food, but I would stop all extras, and feed her only the layer feed and perhaps a little cooked egg to coax her to eat. Making the layer feed wet may entice her to eat it, and I will put in a tsp of plain yogurt a couple of times a week for probiotics.

I might also ask others who have dealt with skin diseases or cutaneous Mareks to have a look at the skin. @azygous knows a lot about leukosis.

I did not see any lice moving. I treated her about a week ago with some Ivermectin injectable on her back. I am going to move her in the house tonight, into a big plastic tub. She ate a whole boiled egg. I called the new vet across the road they have hired this guy one day a week, and neither knows much about chickens but they are going to take a look at her tomorrow morning. There is just no one here for chickens. I guess it is a good sign she is eating still, she gobbled that egg in record time. I'm going to fix her some moistened layer.......she has not been eating that very well but now she gobbles the scratch.......and may fix her another egg. I promise you, I have never had this much an issue with chickens. I started with 4 of these Delawares, and another got sickly, I thought was better and got out there and was pecked to death. I have NEVER in all these years had that happen. :(:(

I think she looks better tonight. I did as suggested by Eggcessive: moistened the layer and she ate it!! She has not been eating her pellets, she was mostly eating the scratch. I got her to eat a boiled egg earlier, and she ate a half tonight, as well as more soaked pellets. I have some vitamin drench for chickens and put some in her water. She had a whole body soak, and a blow dry which she actually enjoyed. Applied triple and Vetricyn to her feet and legs. She is in the house in a plastic box, and I put a lightbulb on her. I think it is a bad mite infestation. My old pot bellied pig has been very ill, and he took most of my attention (he passed over the weekend).

I'm sorry to hear about your pig:hugs

It's good that she ate a little bit! Sounds like she got a spa treatment and enjoyed it.
If you think she has mites, you can use a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust.

I hope she starts to improve.

Usually they have either lice or mites, but I don’t think both. I may be wrong, but I did read an article about them not co-existing. Lice eggs looked like they were in her feathers in the picture. Anyway, permethrin 10 spray or garden dust, both work well on either. If you use one at 7 day intervals about 3 times, you should be able to control them. Of course the coop, roosts, and nests need treating as well, and a bedding change. This is what I use @38 ml per gallon below.

Are you using NutriDrench or Poultry Cell? I was going to suggest using a vitamin and mineral supplement in her food or water, since her skin issues could be related to a difficiency if it is not just the lice.

I use Nutri Drench. I wonder if it is the food I'm feeding. I think I am going elsewhere for my feed. I also had an egg from a bunch given to me and one of them has had wry neck. The drench helped a LOT. I sprayed the coop last night. Dusted the house with garden dust.

Took her to the vet this morning and he said put her down. She is alert and eating/drinking, but has a terrible odor. I am supposed to call the ag extension woman that does chickens. They can do a necropsy. I'm going to give her another dose of the LA200 and see.
